Colour Changing Flowers🌹

Today we started off reading some of chapter ten in Social, and the first chapter of our book "Beezus and Ramona".

In gym, we played line tag, and Doctor Dodgeball. We also had a talk about what to do in a lockdown when we are in gym, since we are having a practice lockdown this week some time.

In the afternoon, we worked on AM and Xtra, worked on telling time to the minute, and did science. In science, we read about plants learning about what they need to survive, and that their stems. We learned that tree trunks rings tell us how old they are, and how each stem has two tubes to transport the food and water around the plant. We got to do 2 experiments today. One was putting flowers into coloured water to see if their pedals will change to the colour they are in. We also did an experiment on plant necessities. We took 4 beans and put them in different places of our room to see which is best for a plant to grow.

Tomorrow, we have outside field trips ALL day long. Dress to be outside!!!
