Shadow Student

Today our class had a shadow student come. His name was Parker which our class quickly nicknamed spider man. He was in our class today to see if he would like to join our class next year. We all enjoyed having him in our room.

This morning in Mrs. B's class we worked on spelling, vocab and also read stories and answered questions.

In gym, we went to Rotary Park and played Capture The Flag. It was fun!!

After lunch, we had a math competition that all students in Alberta will compete in. These tests are not for marks. We then read science learning about lenses. We did a science activity showing what a convex lens is and how it works. Our class then had time to practice the play practicing the tone in our voice and the dramatic value we give.

We are having spring photos tomorrow. Please wear appropriate casual cloths, not our uniforms.
