Welcome Back Mrs. Hirsch

It was Mrs. Hirsch's first day back and we were all excited to see her.

Our day started off with a hygiene presentation. We learned how to brush our teeth properly. We got to chew a colored tablet and spit it out, and the color was left on any plaque in our mouth where we had not brushed our teeth properly. Lots of kids had red teeth in our class. We felt very awkward doing it.

We had a chance to work on our typing club with Mrs. Butt.

In gym, we played line tag to warm up and the practiced volleying the birdie to practice badminton.

After lunch, we did a star math test to see where we are all sitting for the end of term 2.

We then had a class meeting talking about any issues, questions, concerns that we had well Mrs. Hirsch was away. We also had a chance to fill her in with anything she missed and showed her some Burglar alarm demonstrations.
