ART DAY!!!

We started today off working on Xtra math and cleaning our desks and agendas. Some students got to leave the class at this point to do recycling. We then had a person come in from the Esplanad to teach us art. She taught us to use oil pastels in order to create a portrait. Each student created their own masterpiece. They turned out amazing! They will be hanging on the wall in the classroom if anyone would like to view them. Here are three examples: ( Makayla, Simran and Emma's art)

After recess, we did our spelling test and then worked on our LA novel study and Typing our Heritage fair up. People who were finished got free time to play on their computers.
