First Two Days Of 4B

The first two days in the 4B class room have been a lot of fun.

We have been getting to know each other through "Getting To Know You" activities such as a Facebook profile sheet, and a poster entitled "All About Me". We also got to know our classroom by having a scavenger hunt, labelling our materials, and by having a talk about the rules.

For our first day of gym, we went to Lions Park to play on the structures.

Today we started our Science unit which is "Waste In Our World" and learned about decay and decomposers.

In Math, we started working with "Loonie words", trying to see which words add up to a dollar. Each letter in the alphabet had a number value. We each tried to see how much our name was worth, but none of our names were worth exactly a dollar.
